Our main focus is excellent customer service, and we are in need of additional employees to fill roles in our support department. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience with medical insurance billing.

What would you do? 

A Medical Billing Support Specialist works with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and coordinate with the rest of the team to provide an outstanding client experience. Essential responsibilities include taking incoming calls/tickets, diagnosing problems, creating activity reports, finding ways to improve customer support services, coordinate with other team members to effect the best client outcome, and communicating with customers on the best use of the software to accomplish their goals. This is a home-based position, so candidate must be able to effectively work from home.

Description and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a candidate with an operations background focused on AWS cloud infrastructure. The candidate will be working primarily with our Terraform codebase with a mix of scripting.

Job Description:

  • Must be willing to work in all capacities (non-sales) as you learn our industry and products, with the ultimate goal to sell. Our sales training program includes rotations in Support, Training and selling our ancillary products.
  • Handling in-bound calls from existing and potential customers.
  • Performing product demonstrations.
  • This is mostly web-based sales, but some travel required for trade shows and the occasional sales opportunity that requires an on-site presence.
