This is a remote position.

Our main focus is excellent customer service, and we are in need of additional employees to fill roles in our support department. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience with medical insurance billing.

What would you do? 

A Medical Billing Support Specialist works with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and coordinate with the rest of the team to provide an outstanding client experience. Essential responsibilities include taking incoming calls/tickets, diagnosing problems, creating activity reports, finding ways to improve customer support services, coordinate with other team members to effect the best client outcome, and communicating with customers on the best use of the software to accomplish their goals. This is a home-based position, so candidate must be able to effectively work from home.

We are seeking an Account Manager who will develop existing relationships with our current and new clients and manage their ancillary products. This role does require project management skills and learning our practice management billing software system. 

Job Description:

  • Must be willing to work in all capacities (non-sales) as you learn our industry and products, with the ultimate goal to sell. Our sales training program can include rotations in Support, Training and selling our ancillary products
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clientele under assigned territory
  • Prepare and present sales information and write up proposals for clients 
  • Utilizing system expertise to review client portfolio and identify areas to help improvement 
  • Meet and exceed sales metric for calls, demonstrations and opportunities 
  • Accurately report internal administration: CRM activity log, ticket organization, and sales pipeline forecasting. 
  • This is mostly web-based sales, but some travel required for trade shows and the occasional sales opportunity that requires an on-site presence

Required Skills: 

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales motivated, team-focused attitude and willingness to collaborate with peers, product management and administration
  • Organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize and respond quickly

This is an on-site position.

As a Data Analyst Intern you will work closely with our Analytics Team at our home office, to process and analyze data from various sources. You will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your analytical skills, gain practical experience with industry-standard tools, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes. 

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Generate reports and visualizations for both internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the improvement of data quality and integrity.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics.

Required Skills: 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau and/or QuickSight).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Must be able to work on site in Hudson, Ohio.

Education: 

Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program.
