What would you do? 

A Software Support Specialist works with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and coordinate with the rest of the team to provide an outstanding client experience. Essential responsibilities include taking incoming calls/tickets, diagnosing problems, creating activity reports, finding ways to improve customer support services, coordinate with other team members to effect the best client outcome, and communicating with customers on the best use of the software to accomplish their goals. This is a home-based position, so candidate must be able to effectively work from home.

We are looking for team members with your experience to add to our Marketing team. This is a full-time 4 days in-office/1 remote, position. 

Primarily a marketing role, with time shared with our documentation team to edit, proofread and rewrite articles for our Help Center.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Marketing lead in the development of our brand strategy and research/implement new initiatives to improve lead generation and CX
  • Prepare thoughtful, high-impact, and engaging materials which highlight our software’s capability, scope and impact across all client specialties.
  • Coordinate strategic materials and communications in alignment with the OP brand
  • Writing for client-facing communications-  website, social media, PR, email marketing etc.
  • Work closely with our product team and leadership to create compelling messages that convey OP’s strengths to set us apart in the marketplace
  • Edit, proof, rewrite articles for our Help Center as needed by the documentation team. 
  • Nurture our communication pipeline to demonstrate value and knowledge 
  • Coordinate conferences and related communications and materials
  • Work with the marketing team on employee engagement initiatives to promote healthy culture and team spirit  
  • Assist in organizing events as needed

Your Capabilities and Credentials:

Responsibilities

  • Build visualizations on our new Business Intelligence (BI) platform
  • Develop and implement strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert for our Customer Service teams to answer reporting related client inquiries
